1. Product Information

  • All sarees are handcrafted, and slight variations in color, weave, or print are natural and not considered defects.

  • Product images are taken in natural lighting, but actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings or lighting.

2. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received via our accepted payment methods (UPI, bank transfer, etc.).

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled unless approved by our team.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the location and courier partner.

  • During special offers or festival seasons, please expect minor delays.

  • Shipping is free during promotional periods (as announced).

4. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Since our products are handcrafted and made in limited quantities, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

    • You receive a wrong product, or

    • The item is damaged upon delivery (must be reported within 24 hours with unboxing video/pictures).

  • No returns/exchanges will be processed without proper documentation.

5. Privacy & Data Use

  • We respect your privacy. Customer details shared with us are used only for order processing, shipping, and communication.

  • We do not share or sell your information to any third party.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, designs, logos, and images used by Trinket Threads are the property of the brand. Any unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

7. Disputes & Legal

  • In case of any disputes, they will be subject to the jurisdiction of Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
