REFUND POLICY

At Trinket Threads, each saree is made and packed with love. Since our products are handcrafted and produced in limited quantities, we follow a strict no-refund policy, except in rare, valid cases mentioned below.

💔 No Refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Color variation due to lighting or screen resolution

  • Minor irregularities in print or weave (as they reflect handloom character)

  • Delay in courier delivery (once the product has been dispatched on time from our end)

✅ Refunds May Be Granted If:

  • You receive a wrong product

  • The item is damaged or defective at the time of delivery

To claim a refund:

  1. Email or WhatsApp us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

  2. Share clear images or an unboxing video(360-degree, no cut, no edit) showing the issue.

  3. Our team will verify and approve the case within 2–3 business days.

  4. Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

📦 Return Pickup

  • If a return is required for a verified issue, we will arrange for reverse pickup or ask you to send it back, depending on the pin code.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
